⭐ Insomniacs Rating: 6/10 THE SUMMARY A band of exiled Vikings, led by the fierce Asbjörn, is shipwrecked behind enemy lines on the coast of Scotland. Their only hope for survival is to reach the distant Viking settlement of Danelagh. However, after they kidnap a high-value princess for ransom, the King of Scotland unleashes his "Wolf Pack"—a legendary squad of mercenary killers—to hunt them down. It’s a high-quality chase movie disguised as a historical epic, featuring plenty of mud, broadswords, and desperate last stands across the rugged Highlands. THE PROS This earns its 6/10 because it is an honest, meat-and-potatoes action banger. Tom Hopper is a total winner in the lead role, bringing a high-quality physicality that makes the combat feel sincere and heavy. The action choreography is absolute quality; it’s a legendary shout for fans of gritty swordplay who just want to see some high-stakes skirmishes in the wilderness.
